Is Wikileaks About To Release New Batch of Emails That Would Compel FBI to Indict?

Screen Shot 2016-08-07 at 4.56.50 PMJulian Assange of Wikileaks is viewed by some a hero and others a traitor, but there’s not denying his influence and ability to make and break careers. And it looks like he’s getting ready with another bombshell release of Hillary Clinton’s emails to the point that may force the FBI to issue an indictment.

According to The Gateway Pundit:

British journalist Afshin Rattansi went underground with Russia Today to speak with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange in London.

Assange told Rattansi his group has 350 emails on Le Farge deals in Syria. The transnational concrete company reportedly paid ISIS money for their operations in the region.

Wikileaks reported last week on Hillary Clinton’s deals with the the French industrial giant Lefarge – a company accused of secretly sponsoring ISIS.

Hillary Clinton took $100,000 from the company that gave money to ISIS.

Assange defended Donald Trump against Hillary Clinton’s attacks saying Trump has never had success building in Russia. The New York billionaire has no business there.

The Wikileaks founder talks about Hillary’s use of Libya to get weapons to Syria.

Assange says Wikileaks will release more emails on the Clinton Foundation.

Then Assange dropped this bomb:

Rattansi: If there is any illegality in the pending emails you will release or malfesance in what you alreaday released President Obama could presumably act on it and get Hillary Clinton charged? Regardless on whether you are about to release any email which would mean that James Comey and the FBI would have no alternative but to arrest Hillary Clinton?

Assange: Our view which we have already stated is if the evidence that the FBI has is enough for a grand jury to indict already… But a prosecutor has to ask a grand jury to indict. And if a prosecutor doesn’t ask, a grand jury won’t indict.

What’s interesting is how little coverage such illegal activity by Clinton is getting. The first batch of DNC emails would have been enough to get any other candidate to withdraw many times over. Mrs. Clinton and the DNC has been revealed as fixing a primary and ignoring the will of the voters.

Now, Mr. Assange hints that the next release of emails will be so powerful that the FBI would have little choice but to indict.

In this crazy election cycle, it’s exciting to think of Hillary being indicted and walked away in handcuffs. For now, we can only hope that such damaging information if forthcoming.

Then you’re just not paying attention to who would be doing the arresting. If she j-walked in Phoenix, Sheriff Joe would handle it, but selling out America, there’s noone who WILL do it.

      1. Cathy aka OldTxGal

And that’s just disgusting! No one in DC will stand up for what’s right? Then we Americans must do it for them!

        1. keithbreedlove

And look what they did to Trump when dropped a hint along those lines. It looks like one side is playing by the rules and one isn’t. The Republicans are acting like the Redcoats, marching in straight lines out in the open, with white belts crossing their chests. The colonists hid in the woods and behind walls, fences, etc. And who won?

          1. keithbreedlove

I’m trying to say that it’s unequal at this point. The media allow the progressives all manner of criminality, and it’s OK, but Trump or any other Republican says something that can be understood or construed to have multiple meanings, and they get eaten alive. Whether or not it makes a difference depends on how much of the voting populace pays any attention to it, and if they do pay attention, if they care.

Our Government has been bought and sold to the highest bidder, the George Soro’s of the world… but they will get what’s coming to them when they stand in judgement. And God will do to them far worse than we ever could!

Remember “Filegate”? That’s when Bill and Hillary got over 1000 FBI files on people the Clitons considered political adversaries. That is why she gets away with shit. Over the years the Clitons have collected dirt on thousands of people.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for the corrupt DOJ to indict Hillary. Justice is no longer blind in America.

  2. Bud William

If, this comes about, it sure puts a “Black Mark” on James “Straight Arrow” Comey’s
record and the FBI as a whole.

    1. Wills510

I think Comey has already crossed that line. Clearing Hillary was not the first time he covered for the Clintons.

      1. Barbara Harris Whitfield

Maybe he’s afraid he’ll get shot in the back after being beaten up. Seems like that happens a lot around the Clintons

  3. Jackie

Julian Assange is a hero to most of the American public simply because they have nothing invested in criminal deals as does Hillary. Thus, she would consider him a traitor. She should be scared out of her wits by now and she should be indicted unless she is mentally incapable

    1. Cathy aka OldTxGal

If she’s mentally incapable of being indicted, and it can be proven, then she needs to be institutionalized for her own welfare… and ours!

I think that if you are going to write an article you need to have a basic understanding of the topic or you have no credibility. The FBI doesn’t indict anyone, the DOJ has that role. You seem to be completely ignorant of the political corruption in the Obama Administration. Nor do you seem to recognize that the crimes Assange is suggesting are completely different than those the FBI recently investigated. The Clinton’s corruption runs far and wide and needs to be exposed. But shoddy work like this is not helpful.

The fact that HRC hasn’t already been indicted is a travesty of justice, just from what has been published. Comey says “couldn’t prove intent”? Baloney. Just having the private server is intent….and then her lawyers deleting thousands of emails by their title is obstruction. These were gov’t property regardless of their content; HRC doesn’t get to determine that. Nixon was run out of office (as he should have been) for far less. But, in those days the WP and NYT had some integrity, and wouldn’t let it go. Not today. And getting into the Clinton Foundation, revealing pay-to-play, if true, will be her end….and this would only require circumstantial evidence if there are many instances. That is probably the real reason for the private server. And, the fact that POTUS supports her so vigorously–well, he is on some of those emails from HRC…from a non- .gov server which he is obligated to report immediately to the controlling security entity. He didn’t do this, and that is a crime.

D’ya forget that NIXON was a Republican, and that Hillary had a major hand in screwing him over, along with some of his own party. De javu, all over again. All Democrats have to do is be sheepishly stupid; the DNC will do the rest for the Progressive mobsters running the country.

    1. Evan

Let’s all pray that Trump does win by a landslide!
He is our only chance to save America from the
damage the muslim squatting in our White House
      has caused! GO TRUMP!

  6. BJ

Americans must demand justice, if not by Dir. Comey and the DOJ. or if not by Pres. Obama, then by Congress and a Special Prosecutor. We can’t allow this illegitimate candidate to become President! It is the worst possible thing that could happen to the USA, the Constitution, and Democracy.

  7. Chris Brown

Why is this news? A comment piece to say something is going to be released? When? Why not a piece about what HAS been released.
Everybody is running around making all kinds of claims but nothing is happening.
What I call crappy journalism. And they send this crap to my email. Shame on you.

  8. Bud William

I see Lafarge running up and down our roads. No Surprise this French Company contributed to the Clinton Foundation $100,000 dollars. No way that is a “Quid Quo Pro”, you think?

  9. Diacro

Prove it or remove it. More Urban mythology! Very similar tactics by a conservative movement in Southern Europe a century ago. Just look at the conservative country’s of the World.

  10. Evy

Bring it on. Julian Assange is a hero! As for FBI Comey he’s a big disappointment. I don’t know the reason why he took the path he did, but he sure wasn’t thinking about what She Devil Hillary will do to this country.

    1. Betty

I’d say Comey is floundering and a big disappointment is because of who the AG is – – another one of BHO’s hand-picked people that he knows will do everything and anything he orders them to do.

      1. Cathy aka OldTxGal

Comey, Lynch, and the rest are nothing but a bunch of bought and paid-for wusses! Don’t care about anything except saving their own necks.

      2. Evy

Yep Obama picked Lynch because he knew she would say yes Obama. What ever you say Obama. I’m here to serve you Obama. It’s our turn to rule America Obama. Lynch has also sold her soul to the devil.

If Julian has these emails he needs to release them NOW!!! I am sure that Clinton’s goons are seriously looking for him to KILL him right now. Releases in October will not give the Dumbasses time to change their minds on who to vote for, if indeed they would!!!

    1. Cathy aka OldTxGal

I am sure Assange is being well and carefully guarded; he’s no dummy. But holding back those emails… well, they might be the final nail in her coffin, right before she thinks she’s got the election all wrapped up. oh boy, I’d like to be a fly on her wall then.

  12. injunear1

Assange is not a traitor to the USA as he is Australian. The same can’t be said of Hillary. Also, an investigative journalist is supposed to expose corruption and illegal actions regardless of who commits them. If the governments is committing crimes they should also be exposed instead of hiding them behind claims of “national security”.

    1. David Stewart

Assange for President; Obama proved you don’t have to be American, and Clinton fully expects to be elected with illegal votes from wetbacks!

  13. TiranuSaurus

Hillary will be elected first woman POTUS in November, and will bring the U.S. down to its knees short of complete National Default, wreak havoc on tens of millions of American Families, businesses, divide the Nation even further than it already is, and hopefully take the entire Democratic Party down the toilet with her. Today the sole focus of the Democrats is putting the first Woman President of the U.S. but beyond that everything else will be totally irrelevant.

Nothingin life could be so perfect as to see this govermental pig in chains where she belongs..but so many sheep believe every newscast, and think all is well on capital hill..a rude awakening is coming ….

  15. Phil Esposito

That cunt will never be indicted by this corrupt admin. But what’ll Trump gets in office, he’ll indict her and Obozo.

According to the law shown below intent need not be proved to have violated the law.

OK then let’s take a reason that was and is a disqualification to hold office. Take a close look at the use of the word “or” as used in the code.

She might not be eligible to be elected president when everybody gets finished. Look at this, 18 US Code 107:

“Concealment, Removal, or Mutilation Generally: Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. …and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.” …and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office…”

First H. Clinton did cause to be placed on her private computer files that were considered work related. This amounts to removal and is unlawful under the regulations of the office. Next she caused to have thousands of files removed (destroyed) from the computer by her staff and her attorney. These people were not cleared to see the work related files in the computer. It is a fact some were classified…By virtue of her job she either knew or should have known this was illegal. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking that law. (Note: how many people are in jail because of that ignorance law?)

Now to look at the law a bit closer, in the first part of this quoted law we find each section is separated by the word “or” this means each part is a different violation. Mr. Comey put them all together as one and recommended nothing be done because of intent. BUT, look at the law and intent is not mentioned in the first violation. (Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates,. or… in any public office…shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.” …and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office…”

Here are some things Judicial Watch is doing…

What is notable is that the State Department finally admits that Clinton’s practice of supposedly emailing other State officials using her account was not an “appropriate method of preserving federal records or making them available for searches under FOIA.”

Second, it is both significant and disturbing that Hillary Clinton now asserts a private “claim of right” over her email account, including any of the 55,000 pages of federal records she returned to the State Department. She further claims that these and other emails, including emails that may have contained classified information, have “never been the property of or in the possession or control of the State Department.”

Also important is the difference between the State Department’s and Mrs. Clinton’s most fundamental claims as to why neither agency staff nor Mrs. Clinton should testify.

The State Department claims that no one at the agency really knew anything about Mrs. Clinton’s email system, so there is nothing left to say.

Mrs. Clinton, on the other hand, claims that everyone at the agency knew all about her system, so, once again, there is nothing left to say.

  17. Bob Taylor

Post continued…Clinton’s “claim of right” is noted in this definition…claim(Right), noun beneficial interest, contingent interrst, due, equitable interest, expectancy, heritage, interest, legacy, ownership, privilege, share, stake, title, vested interest

Associated concepts: claim of ownership, claim of right, claim of title.

It looks as if Clinton has said in effect…these (emails) were and are mine so nothing I did with them is criminal.

  18. Wcgraybill

I hope the Feds nail the bitch and puts her in prison but it won’t happen because she is a Clinton piss ant.
