This General Thinks Hillary Should Go To Jail

As more and more evidence of Hillary Clinton’s corrupt and reckless email policies comes to light, her enemies are growing in strength, and now include a former General from the Bush administration who feels Hillary has made too many mistakes and committed too many crimes not to be indicted.

According to Breitbart:

Bush administration Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, General Jerry Boykin, said that Hillary Clinton posting the names of CIA-protected intelligence agents on her private email server means that she must be indicted.

“What Hillary Clinton has done, I can tell you, it is… punishable by jail time. I think ultimately she’s going to be indicted. She has to be. This cannot stand,” Boykin said on Breitbart News Saturday on Sirius/XM Patriot Channel 125 with host Matthew Boyle.

Breitbart News reported that Clinton exchanged numerous names marked by the federal government with “B3 CIA PERS/ORG” redactions, which protect intelligence sources and methods in accordance with the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949. Clinton’s sharing of those names on her non-secure private server could result in the FBI recommending indictment against Clinton for violating the Espionage Act.

“There are two very important principles associated with national security and the intelligence community,” Boykin said. “One is the protection of sources and methods. And the other one is called ‘the need to know.’ You don’t have access to information that you don’t really need to know about and you are responsible for protecting the sources that are used for the collection of intelligence and the methods that are used. Those are fundamental. They are, in fact, in statute.”

Boykin said, “The lives that have been endangered – look, most people think that are [our]sources are compromised by spies. No. Our sources can be compromised by the mishandling of classified information that gives…China and Russia and even North Korea access through cyber attacks to the names of the people that are helping us and the sources and methods that we’re using to get that intelligence. People can be killed as a result of that!”

Boykin cited various spy stories from American history, including the case of CIA operative Aldrich Ames, who was jailed for espionage for turning on the U.S. and spying for the Soviets.

“You look at the number of people that actually died as a result of that being compromised? This is really no different,” Boykin said. “It was not a spy case but it was still the mishandling of classified information that has exposed them and put them in great jeopardy.”

It’s interesting that we’re even debating Hillary’s actions. Many have been jailed for lesser offenses and seen their careers destroyed. Mrs. Clinton is enjoying protection from the press, established government officials and blind and ignorant followers who don’t care about her lawlessness and horrific tactics.

What do you think? Will Hillary be indicted? Leave a comment with your thoughts below.

As I recall, so did Vice President Dick Cheney in 2003…

She should be in jail, but knowing who the present occupier of the oval office is, and knowing who the attorney general is, an knowing who the cabinet is comprised of, she will most likely skate and pervert justice yet again. I sincerely hope not, but it will most likely come to pass. By the way what in hell does this mean; “As I recall, so did Vice President Dick Cheney in 2003…” ol’ Fecundius?

    • Leveller

      So Dick Cheney’s, SH|T DON’T STINK? Huhhh!

      • RETROBOB

I’m sure it does, as well as yours. Huhhh!

  • Lantus

If she skates, it will be impossible to indict anyone ever for the same crimes that have been committed. “Oh, it was a mistake” BS she is or was a lawyer and has
been around long enough and held offices that require she knows right from wrong. Her disrespect for the rules and laws of the land was intentional. Wow, the
audacity of her to hold her nose. She must have a pair inside those jump suits she wears.

    • OldTxGal

What is it that the law says about ignorance? Like if you knowingly accept or purchase stolen property? If any of us peons did the same, we’d already be indicted, tried, convicted and locked up. I’m sick of this bitch getting away with this crap!

  • BJ

She should be indicted, but am wondering if she’s too powerful. But, should that obstacle be overcome, I’ll dance at Donald Trump’s next wedding.

    • OldTxGal

Nobody is too powerful! IF she IS considered to be too powerful, then she needs to be brought down! Isn’t this exactly what our founding fathers fought against?

While in the military if you would mishandled Confidential, Secret, T.S. info or exposed how or what we were doing you would be put away for a long time. I am amazed, Eric Snowden released info (Absolutely wrong), Hiliary exposes info and she is running for the most powerful position in the world. We are one f**ked up nation.

In my opinion, Hilary Rodham-Clinton should be “hung by the neck until she is dead”. That is the usual penalty for a traitor of her past and present violations of the law and Constitution. The execution should be public, and televised nationally.

  • Angl0sax0nknight .

Power hungry parasitic corrupt lying Clinton must be held to the same laws as everyone else! The Rule of Law applies to EVERYONE OR NO ONE!!

  • Lisa

    Get her orange jumpsuit ready.

  • cathyrooks

She needs to be but until Ovomit is gone, she will be protected!

    • Leveller

      @ cathyrooks

Hillary MIGHT Actually Win the Election. And If Not, She could conceivably get a Presidential Executive Order/Memorandum. Giving Her Blanket Protection from ANY Future Prosecution for her SINS.

      • cathyrooks

        I doubt it now!

  • Lee Kimmel

  • Boomer

It’s only a matter of time, charges, & counts

If Putin releases Hillary’s emails that were supposedly obtained by a Russian computer hacker from Hillary’s private server, she is toast. If these emails really exist, Putin holds the result of our next Presidential election in his hands. He only has to decide who he wants to run our country. Irony is all over this one. Putin, please release the emails.

    • Secundius

The DNC Computers were Hacked INTO! NOT Hillary’s Personal PC…

      • OldTxGal

        blah, blah, blah

    • Bogart

I really hope outcome of election is fomented by Americans…not preposterous dirtbag Putin

  • paul

Hillary is too powerful to see the inside of federal prison. She will be denied the White House as president.

    • Secundius

Don’t Count On It? Trumps “Ped in o meum” Syndrome Keep Getting In the Way…

      • paul

        We can only hope.

  • Barb Jewell

I sure hope convicted of the crimes. we need Obama and hiltery out of the NOW !!

  • Countrysunrise

After all of the work that is being done to prove she has done wrong from Benghazi on, it should be followed through. All of her pantsuits seem to be coated with teflon, and that’s why she wears them. That family needs to be stopped before they can do any more damage to our Country, and the window between now and November is getting smaller.

  • OldTxGal

“Will Hillary be indicted?” Only if somebody has the guts enough to actually do it!!!!! There is no debate. She MUST be jailed NOW, not AFTER the elections, which she plans to STEAL, as is her usual MO.
