As the FBI interviewed Hillary Clinton over the 4th of July weekend, their investigation into her private email server appeared to be in its final stages.
However, the outcome of the investigation revealed that many Americans question if the proceedings were just for show.
All the participants – Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, FBI Director James Comey, and Attorney General Loretta Lynch – seemed to be in on the charade.
The first alarm was the fact that the FBI interviewed Hillary on the Saturday of a holiday weekend.
The perfect time to hide a major news story.
Americans are traveling, going to cookouts, and celebrating our nation’s birthday.
No one is paying attention to the news.
Politico reports on the interview:
“Hillary Clinton met with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Saturday morning for a “voluntary interview” about the investigation into her use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state, her campaign announced.
The interview at FBI headquarters in Washington, which lasted for three and a half hours according to a campaign aide, is a long-expected development in the months-long email saga that has complicated Clinton’s White House bid since before its formal inception. Clinton has steadfastly denied any wrongdoing and pledged to cooperate with bureau’s inquiry, bluntly telling an interviewer in March that an indictment is “not going to happen.”
Clinton later Saturday spoke with MSNBC’s “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd about the interview, saying she was “eager to do it” while refusing to speculate on the investigation’s timeline or final conclusion.”
But the most shocking development was the leak that Hillary is unlikely to face charges.
CNN Senior Producer Edward Mejia Davis tweeted:
Sources tell CNN’s Evan Perez: expectation is that there will be announcement of no charges in Clinton email probe w/in next two weeks or so

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump blasted the reported decision.
It was just announced-by sources-that no charges will be brought against Crooked Hillary Clinton. Like I said, the system is totally rigged!

From the start of the investigation, many Americans wondered if the Department of Justice and the FBI could fairly investigate Hillary Clinton when it was apparent she was the Democrat Party’s chosen successor to Barack Obama.
Those criticisms only intensified after Obama endorsed her candidacy.
But what really enraged many Americans was the meeting between Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton on her plane at a Phoenix airport.
To some, it looked like the fix was in and Hillary was going to walk scot-free.
And that was exactly how it played it out.
The Obama administration did not even pretend the investigation was legitimate.
