Hillary’s Latest Ethics Violation: State Department Ties Used To Help Chelsea’s Friend With Consulting Contracts

Hillary Clinton loves to dole out special favors to her donors, and now it looks as if even her family isn’t exempt from special treatment.

The leaked Clinton emails reveal Hillary used her State Department and Pentagon contacts to help Chelsea Clinton’s best friend win several consulting contracts with offices who set the stage for major U.S. foreign policy decisions.

Chelsea’s friend, Jacqueline Newmeyer Deal, is head of the defense consulting firm, Long Term Strategy Group, and was recommended by Hillary to meet with the Undersecretary for Defense Policy.

According to The Washington Free Beacon, one of the leaked emails shows Deal thanking Hillary for “everything she had done” to line up the meeting for her defense consulting group.

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

“I met with Michele’s other deputy yesterday, and we had a productive discussion about Iran and developments in maritime Asia,” Deal stated. “We also discussed contract vehicles and mapped out what we need to do so that we can go to work! I am very grateful for everything you have done.”

Another email said:

“Happily, Michele Flournoy’s office is reaching out and has asked me to participate in a wargame next week for the [Quadrennial Defense Review], which I hope will build the foundation for a contract between her office and LTSG,” Deal stated in the email. “I am extremely grateful to you for helping me find opportunities to serve our government,” she added.

Chelsea Clinton also forwarded an email from Deal to Hillary Clinton in December, 2011 that included a link to a Huffington Post article by Deal and signed “xoxoxoxoxoxo j.”

As American Patriot Daily News previously reported, Hillary Clinton has a long track record of rewarding donors and friends with access and special favors.

Clinton defenders claim what she did wasn’t “illegal,” but perhaps unethical.

However, the Code of Federal Ethics states government employees “shall act impartially and not give preferential treatment to any private organization or individual.”

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

“By now, there is a strong pattern of Hillary Clinton showing bias in the dispensing of government funds and favors to a long list of friends, political supporters, and Clinton Foundation donors,” said Ken Boehm, Chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center.

“It looks like she was single-handedly trying to revive the corrupt spoils system,” Boehm added. “As the old saying goes, sometimes things are what they look like.”

Joseph E. Schmitz, a former Pentagon Inspector General, said if he were the current IG, “I would definitely want to shed some light on the underlying facts” surrounding Clinton’s intervention on behalf of a family friend.

“When I was serving as the Inspector General, I investigated at least one senior official who allegedly had violated the standard for ‘misuse of position’ prescribed in the Joint Ethics Regulation,” said Schmitz, currently a lawyer and adviser to the Donald Trump presidential campaign.

Both federal government and Pentagon ethics regulations state that “an employee shall not use or permit the use of his government position or title or any authority associated with his public office in a manner that is intended to coerce or induce another person, including a subordinate, to provide any benefit, financial or otherwise, to himself or to friends, relatives, or persons with whom the employee is affiliated in a non-governmental capacity.”

Schmitz also said Pentagon regulations prohibit actions that give “an appearance of use of public office for private gain or of giving preferential treatment.” He noted that the standard is something “any Inspector General should be capable of investigating.”

Hillary Clinton has abused every office she’s ever held, and many Americans are concerned if elected, there’s no telling what she’ll do next.

If elected president, Hillary will have access to unlimited power and the special favors and meetings would be limitless.

Do you think Hillary violated the Code of Federal Ethics for setting up meetings for Chelsea’s best friend? Are you concerned Hillary would abuse her position if elected president?

I just do not understand how so many “people” can be so wrong in supporting
hrc (small letters) with all the corrupt things she and hubby bill have done ever since they have been in politics. Just google all the scandals they have been involved in since the 80’s, How about Mena airport in Arkansaw or the 50 or so people that have been associated with the clintons that have mysteriously died, all that information is available to the public.
Are her supporters that afraid they cannot defend the indefensible. or are they just want handouts.
And when you bring up the lies, threats and coercion they have been accused of, their reply is But Donald Trump said “blah blah blah “

She will win the race; she’s the perfect politician, not one faint sign of an ethic! It’s almost as if she was designed to be what she is, amoral, two-faced, false, and greedy!
