Jeff Sessions Just Made A Powerful New Move To End Democrat Corruptness

Throughout his presidential career, Barack Obama exploited his power and manipulated his position as a means of control.

Under Obama, the executive branch became an ineffective section of the government, as it was run solely by politicians who sought power—not peace.

Now, Attorney General Jeff Sessions wishes to change all that—and he has a plan.

Sessions, along with the Department of Justice, is ending the “executive branch legal activism” of the former administration.

Sessions also wishes to fight uncooperative liberal judges whose bias against President Trump prevents real change from happening in this country.

Breitbart reported:

“I think the department did become too political” under President Barack Obama, Sessions said. “Essentially, it was executive branch legal activism. They would take cases or regulations or statutes and expand or redefine the meaning of words in them to advance the agenda that they thought ought to be advanced — an agenda that often had zero chance of passing Congress, where the elected representatives sit.

“So you have an agenda, and you can’t get Congress to pass it, so you use unelected regulatory officials and lawyers to draft regulations and enforcement policies that carry out a political agenda that the people don’t favor.

“And I think that was a factor in this past [presidential] election, and it was an issue that was known to a lot of business and legal experts. They saw this as a dangerous trend.”

The Attorney General believes the quintessential example of “executive branch legal activism” was the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals—a topic of controversy in recent news.

Sessions also cited liberally-charged federal judges as a major problem in the current judicial system.

Breitbart continued:

Sessions singled out President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program — which expires March 5 — as a primary example of “executive branch legal activism.” And he excoriated the courts for preventing President Donald Trump for withdrawing Obama’s policy.

“[President Obama] said repeatedly that it was not legal, he couldn’t do it. Congress had took up an issue and it failed to pass. So they just did it anyway.

“But now when we tried … to withdraw the DACA policy … we’ve been sued and judges have stopped simple withdrawal of the policy.”

He noted that the “biggest surprise” of his tenure as Attorney General “has been the plethora of [cases] in which a single sitting federal judge — one federal judge out of 600 some-odd — for insubstantial reasons, issues an injunction that bars the executive branch of the government from protecting people, and from being able to fulfill the function for which the chief executive was elected to fulfill.”

The executive branch, Sessions said, could not act as a “coequal” branch of government if it had to “gain approval of every one of 600 federal judges to carry out the policies [the President] was elected to do.”

There is no doubt that former President Barack Obama got away with much during his tenure as commander-in-chief.

While the media presents this picture of Obama as a saint, the reality of the situation is that President Trump has spent much of his time as President cleaning up Obama’s messes—and ending Democratic corruption along with the help of the Attorney General.

Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Huma Abedin, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Susan Rice, James Comey, Peter Strozk, Lisa Page, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein Robert Mueller (Uranium one) Eric Holder (Fast and Furious) and Barack Obama and many more belong in prison! Every one of them needs to be arrested and prosecuted for treason against the American people and the United States of America!
Firing or allowing these criminals to step down and collect pensions paid for by the American people must stop and it must stop now! No one is above the law!

        Well said

I think he’s always had it but has had his hands full dealing with the corrupting in his own Department since he finally got there.

Well the fact of the matter is that the only branch of Government that can implement or not implement court orders is the Executive Branch. Obama was known to drag his feet on court orders he did not agree with. The only way to get them enforced would be to impeach the President by Congress which is no easy or short term task. Perhaps President Trump should simply give the Democrats some of their own medicine and ignore the non lawful opinions of liberal judges and proceed with whatever he is doing that he feels is legal. That would put the onus on the Congress to deal with these issues which means they won’t get dealt with at all and he can do, as Obama did, whatever he likes. Congress is totally dysfunctional and hypocritical as we can see by the Trump collusion investigation, a year and millions of dollars later and not one shred of evidence of collusion by the Trump Organization and not a single indictment against the Clinton Foundation, Obama or the Clintons for all their known law breaking. All Trump supporters should lobby their reps for firing Mueller and having Special Prosecutors assigned to investigate the Clintons Collusion, Obama’s Collusion and Collusion by the FBI and DOJ. Those are the investigations that really should be conducted.

I agree 100% and I write/email my Rep. and Senators everyday!

It would serve them right; but Trump does seem to be seeking to re-establish rule of law again, and he can’t do that by skirting it.

I love what you wrote. But, every Trump supporter in the US could call their Congressman and it wouldn’t do any good. They lie to get elected and then do what they’re told by the powerful DC bunch. Proves to me they didn’t give a darn about the ones that voted them into office. I live in Virginia and wish that all the areas around DC would become part of State of DC and then the rest of Virginia might have money for roads, education, health care, etc. Maybe then our votes would matter.

If you have Democrats as reps I would tend to agree but if you have Republicans as reps I would disagree and in both cases if they are in heavy NRA territory you have a good chance of swaying them. Don’t give up because it seems hopeless. I have the same problem with Michael Bennet here in Colorado. I can write Dems until I am blue in the face and they always have an excuse for why they can’t do something even when it is well thought out and logical. But I do keep writing so they know people are watching them.

        • Harlan

Northern Virginia’s population is huge and the voters there make sure they vote the Demos into the most powerful positions such as Governor. The rest of the state usually supports Republicans and we pay for it. Most of the roads, bridges etc down south are deplorable. My travels takes me up north and

Robert B. – dprato, I agree with you ! A.G Jeff Sessions is right and this a very serious problem that president Trump must find a way to deal with or some liberal judge will legislate from bench on every case the democrats oppose. Constitutional or not !

    • David Atherton

Judges can be impeached by the house and Senate that might happen after the midterm elections if everyone votes for the president agenda

Somebody has to own Sessions and pulls the strings that allows him to walk and talk. I was hoping we had a real man that would deal out justice. I guess if he quits the real head of the Justice Department will get his position. Looks like number two is already in charge. I wonder if we’ll soon see Sessions name in that list of top level criminals that need prosecution.
