Hillary Clinton and her allies in the mainstream media have attempted to paint a public narrative portraying the connection between Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The fact that the accusation comes after the Democrat National Committee’s email server was hacked and revealed evidence of the DNC rigging the primary in favor of Hillary’s campaign over Bernie Sanders’ campaign, isn’t merely a coincidence.
It’s a calculated political move intended to shift the conversation away from the unethical coordination between the DNC and Clinton and move it to attacking Donald Trump.
But there’s more to this story than meets the eye.
According to one journalist, who was routinely harassed by Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State, Clinton is attempting to hide her “many connections” to Russia by preemptively accusing Trump of her own guilt.
The journalist is Julian Assange, founder of the free speech organization, Wikileaks.
In an interview with Russia Today, the conversation came up about Trump’s relationship with Vladimir Putin. Assange claimed that without any existing evidence, there’s nothing to suggest a “substantial connection” between the two.
“Hillary Clinton has done quite well strategically to try and draw connection between Trump and Russia because she has so many connections of her own,” explained Assange. “My analysis of Trump and Russia is that there is no substantial connection.”
“Trump was trying to invest in Russia before Putin in the 1990s, after Putin, in fact nearly all the way up to the present moment, and he’s had no success. He’s not managed to build hotels in Russia, so that shows how insubstantial his contacts are.
There’s an extremely well-documented pattern of when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, those people, companies, governments who wanted a decision by the secretary of state in their favor, making large donations to the Clinton Foundation or in some cases business deals with the people around Hillary Clinton.”
Assange is pointing to the New York Times report on how Hillary’s non-profit organization, The Clinton Foundation, received millions of dollars from Russia after Hillary cut a deal which sold Russia at least 20% of U.S uranium processing rights.
Simply put, Hillary Clinton was running a pay-to-play scheme as Secretary of State, where her policies were determined by the highest bidder, and the media is sweeping it under the rug.
It’s amazing that the mainstream media has refused to report on the evidence showing how Hillary Clinton handed out political favors to Russia and received donations from Russia as a “thank you” in return.
At the same time, the mainstream media is repeatedly reporting on an alleged relationship created by pure speculation from the Hillary campaign between Russia and Trump, even though there is no evidence at this time to suggest it is true.
It’s a double standard.
And it has become obvious that the mainstream media doesn’t hold a shred of integrity and will do whatever it takes to elect Hillary Clinton.
Assange concluded his interview by saying there is a “much deeper connection on record between Hillary Clinton and Russia than we are presently aware of with Donald Trump.”
