The Obama administration continues to push their globalist agenda in the final weeks of Obama’s presidency.
Along with his push to quickly bring millions of refugees into the country, the administration has just implemented new rules upon American employers in an update from the “Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).”
Obama has stated new policies to decrease “national origin discrimination” in the workplace, stating that the American workforce is “increasingly ethnically diverse.”
Among the new rules is one that bars employers from requiring their employees to speak English — even though the law states that requiring American workers to speak a foreign language can be used as a condition of employment.
According to Judicial Watch:
[The Obama administration releases new rules on] “national origin discrimination” in the workplace, as the American workforce is “increasingly ethnically diverse.” The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency that enforces the nation’s workplace discrimination laws, made them public a few days ago nation’s workplace discrimination laws, made them public a few days ago.
“The increased cultural diversity of today’s workplaces presents new and evolving issues with respect to Title VII’s protection against national origin discrimination,” the agency writes in the lengthy document. “This enforcement guidance will assist EEOC staff in their investigation of national origin discrimination charges and provide information for applicants, employees, and employers to understand their respective rights and responsibilities under Title VII.
Forcing employees to speak English in the U.S. violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the EEOC claimed in its lawsuit.
The administration claims that requiring employees to be bilingual does not meet discrimination guidelines under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, but that forcing them to speak English on the job does, because it is a “restrictive language policy.”
This new set of regulations further adds to the globalization of the U.S. by changing policies to benefit illegal immigrants and “refugees” to the detriment of American-born citizens.
The administration’s implementation of the non-discrimination policies is ironic, in that it discriminates against those who speak the primary, if not official, language of the U.S.

Under Obama, the EEOC has strong-armed private businesses and government agencies into adopting the administration’s leftist agenda and inflated standards of political correctness. Last fiscal year, the agency celebrated getting a record $525 million in settlements for reported victims of discrimination in both private and public sector jobs.
Several cases in recent years have punished American companies for firing or not hiring individuals whose primary language was not English.
One Wisconsin-based manufacturing plant fired Hispanic and Asian workers because their lack of understanding of the English language caused them difficulty — and also presented safety issues — in doing their jobs.
Another case involved a clothing company who banned the wearing of any hats or head coverings, and were sued for not allowing a woman to wear her hijab — even though no employee was allowed to wear baseball or knit caps, as they were not part of the clothing line.
The reverse discrimination of English speaking Americans is all part of the Obama administration’s leftist policies to make the U.S. one global nation — their theory being that forcing immigrants to assimilate to American culture is discriminating against their “national origin.”
If Obama and the liberals have their way, American culture, language, and our way of life will disappear into the history books.
