Donald Trump is wasting no time.
Realizing the looming ISIS threat, Trump has said he would have a plan to completely eliminate ISIS within his first 30 days as president.
The New York Post reports:
“Immediately after taking office I will ask generals for a plan within 30 days to defeat and destroy ISIS,” Trump announced.
“We should work with any country that shares our goal of destroying ISIS and defeating radical Islamic terrorism.”
This bold statement by Trump puts an actual timetable in place, as he shows the voters he is not taking the threat of ISIS lightly.
ABC News continues:
“We are going to convey my top generals and give them a simple instruction,” Trump told a crowd in Greenville, N.C., on Tuesday.
“They will have 30 days to submit to the Oval Office a plan for soundly and quickly defeating ISIS. We have no choice.”
Unlike the current administration, Trump refuses to sit back and let America become weaker and weaker as ISIS continues to gain momentum and strength.
Throughout his campaign, Trump has made clear what his top priorities are, and having a strong America is at the top of the list.
Trump has also committed to list specific details on how he plans to back up his campaign pledges, a rare trait for a presidential candidate who typically sticks to broad statements and empty words.
In fact, Trump painted a clear picture between the difference a Trump administration would make in contrast to electing Hillary Clinton in regards to defeating ISIS.
The New York Post reports:
“She’s trigger-happy and very unstable,” the mogul added. “Whether we like it or not, that’s what’s going on.”
Trump said Clinton’s “only foreign policy ended up only in failure.” Pointing to deteriorating conditions in Libya, Syria, Egypt, Iraq and Iran, he said, “Everywhere she got involved, things got worse.”
“This is Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy legacy: failure and death,” Trump claimed.
By contrast, he said, “In a Trump administration, our actions in the Middle East will be tempered by realism.”
A recently leaked memo from Nancy Pelosi’s home computer showed the role Obama had in creating ISIS.
Trump has been suspicious of Obama’s (and Hillary’s) role all along in regards to ISIS, as he stated at a campaign rally earlier this summer.
“ISIS is honoring President Obama. He is the founder of ISIS. He is the founder of ISIS, okay? He is the founder. He founded ISIS. And I would say the cofounder would be crooked Hillary Clinton,” Trump said.
One thing is certain, Trump isn’t messing around, and will give a 30-day maximum timeline to his generals to resolve the ISIS threat.
Do you agree with Trump’s plan to have his top generals submit a 30-day written plan to defeat ISIS? Are you confident a President Trump could finally put ISIS in their place and make America strong again?
