Adam Schiff’s life is dedicated to ramming the deep state’s anti-Trump agenda into law.
He truly believes he will succeed in removing Trump from office.
But Schiff was just blindsided by a new poll that proves the unthinkable.
Adam Schiff wants you to believe that his impeachment hearings are the most important issue of the year.
He has the Democrat Party firmly on his side, hoping and praying that they can remove President Trump from office using the phony claims Schiff is peddling during his hearings.
But while Democrats may be excited about impeachment, it turns out that independent voters aren’t, according to data collected by Politico and analyzed by Vanity Fair.
As it turns out, independents believe that the issue is more important to politicians than it is to them and the rest of the American people, with 62 percent agreeing.
The poll also shows that 61 percent believe it is more important to the media than it is to them.
That means that these voters realize that the entire impeachment inquiry is nothing more than a ploy for Democrats to rile up their base, and for the media to try to turn people against President Trump.
After all, that is the only reason they care about impeachment anyway.
They know that if Trump isn’t removed from office, he will almost certainly win in the 2020 election.
Democrat Rep. Al Green admitted this in April, months before Schiff’s impeachment hearings launched, stating that, “I’m concerned that if we don’t impeach this president, he will get re-elected.”
So independents have it right in this regard.
Not only that, but the poll shows that they really don’t care about impeachment.
When asked to rank 11 issues as top priorities, impeachment placed last among independents.
In fact, only 27 percent ranked it as a top priority.
To compare, 74 percent selected the deficit, 72 percent selected healthcare, and 70 percent selected infrastructure spending as their top priority.
This is a major shift in approval from the start of the impeachment hearings.
Independents strongly supported the impeachment hearings at the start of them.
But as time has gone by, they have lost interest along with the rest of the American people.
Independents are a very important voter base to account for in this kind of polling.
They represent 38 percent of the electorate in early November, which is a greater electorate than both Republicans and Democrats who are recorded with 30 and 31 percent respectively.
Independents are going to be vital in the 2020 election, as there is no telling who they will support at this point.
But with the economy booming the way it is currently, prospects are very good for Trump.
Unemployment is at historic lows, and economic outlook is at historic highs.
These are what voters care about, not phony impeachment hearings pushed by a known liar like Adam Schiff.
