Mike Bloomberg is trying to win the Presidency by bombarding the air waves with hundreds of millions of dollars in TV ads lying about Donald Trump.
Bloomberg has been rising in the polls.
But now Mike Bloomberg just spelled his campaign’s doom. This video will end it all.
An incriminating video clip has surfaced of Democratic candidate Mike Bloomberg. And what he can be heard saying just spelled his campaign’s doom.
The recording, taken from a 2015 speech, shows Bloomberg giving a wholehearted defense of the “stop and frisk” policing procedure. This controversial procedure has received much backlash.
To further hurt his case, another video clip went viral where he is heard stating that officers stop white individuals “too much,” and minority groups “too little.”
This horrifically racist sentiment quickly received backlash. President Trump took to Twitter exclaiming “WOW, BLOOMBERG IS A TOTAL RACIST”. His campaign manager soon followed, starting the #BloombergIsARacist hashtag.

After more digging, Brad Parscale, Trump’s campaign manager, found another clip of Bloomberg calling for police to use physical force against minority children and throwing them “up against the wall.” This speech was given in 2015 at the Aspen Institute, and it is reported that Bloomberg representatives attempted to do damage control by not allowing footage of the speech to be distributed.
But now, his racist views are coming to light.
And the comments didn’t stop there. His entire speech was filled with racist profiling and hate speech.
“Ninety-five percent of murders- murderers and murder victims fit one M.O. You can just take a description, Xerox it, and pass it out to all the cops,” he said. “They are male, minorities, 16-25. That’s true in New York, that’s true in virtually every city (inaudible). And that’s where the real crime is. You’ve got to get the guns out of the hands of people that are getting killed.”
Bloomberg also said urban crime-fighting required cities to “spend the money” and “put a lot of cops in the streets,” particularly in “minority neighborhoods,” where he said the crime is. He also acknowledged the “unintended consequences” of the policy.
“So one of the unintended consequences is people say, ‘Oh my God, you are arresting kids for marijuana that are all minorities.’ Yes, that’s true. Why? Because we put all the cops in minority neighborhoods,” Bloomberg is heard saying on the recording. “Yes, that’s true. Why do we do it? Because that’s where all the crime is. And the way you get the guns out of the kids’ hands is to throw them up against the wall and frisk them… And then they start… ‘Oh I don’t want to get caught.’ So they don’t bring the gun. They still have a gun, but they leave it at home.”
Bloomberg tried to backtrack and say that these statements do not reflect his views on criminal justice reform, but it was too late. The damage was already done, and now his comments have come back to haunt him by destroying any chances he had in the 2020 race.
