Jen Psaki’s time as White House press secretary is over.
And Psaki’s tenure ended on an embarrassing note.
And this liberal comic devastated Jen Psaki with one joke that Democrats did not want to hear.
Popular standup comedian and podcast host Joe Rogan mocked Psaki and praised former Trump administration press secretary Kayleigh McEnany.
Rogan did express some sympathy for Psaki explaining that serving as the White House press secretary is similar to hosting a podcast in that you are speaking without the benefit of a net in that you don’t have real time fact checks to make sure you are sticking to the truth.
“Sometimes she [Psaki] says things in confidence but, just like being on a f*cking podcast, sometimes you says things and you think it’s true while you’re saying it,” Rogan stated. “Turns out it’s not and you represent the President of the United States and no one is fact-checking you in real time, it’s all happening live on television. Yikes, f*ck that job.”
But that did not mean Rogan did not find some past press secretaries that handled the job well.
And Rogan’s favorite press secretary was none other than Kayleigh McEnany.
Rogan told listeners that what he respected about McEnany was the fact that McEnany brought a binder chock full of facts and figures that backed up her talking points.
“Everybody [who] gets it hates it,” Rogan continued. “The only one who was good at it, the last lady with Trump. Kayleigh McEnany. She’s the best. She’s the GOAT at that shit. She would have f*cking receipts, she would have tabs in her notebook, she would pull right to when she knew they were coming with a gotcha.”
Rogan added that McEnany would dig through that binder for the factual basis to smackdown gotcha questions hurled by leftwing corporate media activists like CNN’s Jim Acosta.
“She took large dumps on Jim Acosta’s head,” Rogan declared. “Just get out of here.”
The corporate media pilloried McEnany with false claims about how McEnany was a liar and a partisan hack.
In reality, the corporate media’s criticisms of McEnany more readily apply to Jen Psaki.
Joe Rogan is no conservative.
Rogan voted for Bernie Sanders for president.
But Rogan is a liberal that is able to call out the absurdities on the left.
And one of the biggest farces that Rogan noticed was the typical performance of the White House press secretary as embodied by Jen Psaki.
Rogan going out of his way to praise McEnany is another data point showing that the corporate media’s coverage of the Trump administration was biased, false and partisan.
