Democrats are scrambling to hide their racist past.

In recent days, it has been placed on display for the entire nation.

And a brand new racist secret is about to destroy the entire party.

Beginning with Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, the Democrats are facing major scandals in the state of Virginia.

A picture in Northam’s medical school yearbook showing him wearing either blackface or a Ku Klux Klan costume is now a top news story.

Everyone on both sides of the political spectrum are calling on him to resign.

Should Northam resign, Virginia’s Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax would be next to assume the position.

However, that isn’t even certain now that a woman has come forward claiming Fairfax sexually assaulted her in 2004.

While it’s still only an allegation at this point, it already holds more credibility than the previous accusations held against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

So Democrats are in a tough spot as they claim Fairfax deserves due process, while juggling the fact they held Kavanaugh to a different standard.

And there is another major scandal to smack the state of Virginia.

Virginia Democrat Attorney General Mark Herring, who would assume the position of Governor should Fairfax resign, admitted earlier this week that he also wore blackface at a college party in 1980.

Considering only days earlier Herring called on Governor Northam to resign, he may end up resigning as well.

If Northam, Fairfax, and Herring resign, the unthinkable will happen and Virginia’s Republican Speaker of the House of Delegates will take over as Governor.

All of this is supremely ironic considering the past election in the state of Virginia.

Virginia Democrats had sweeping victories by harnessing outrage around the deadly white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017.

They did everything possible to tie the Republican Party to the racist event.

Those efforts prove to be in vain with the recent developments of racism within the Democrat Party.

But it isn’t much of a surprise to anyone paying attention.

Democrats are the party who formed the Ku Klux Klan and fought against Civil Rights victories in the 20^th century.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump is fighting to help minority communities.

Just this year, his historic First Step Act took effect, which is the biggest criminal justice reform bill in history.

For decades, harsh sentencing laws have meant increased incarcerations within black communities.

For example, there are much steeper punishments for rock cocaine, largely used in African American communities, than there is for powdered cocaine, which is traditionally considered a “white collar” drug.

Trump’s First Step Act will allow non-violent criminals the opportunity to have a second chance as a contributing member of society.
