This is the day Joe Biden was dreading.
The former Vice President hoped this dirty laundry would stay buried forever.
But this smoking gun in court is the bad news Joe Biden feared about Ukraine.
The Democrats invented a fake scandal over Donald Trump and a supposed “quid pro quo” – that never took place – with Ukraine over investigations into Joe and Hunter Biden and military aid.
Trump released the money before a statutory deadline to do so – which brings into question if the money was technically ever withheld – and the Ukrainians never announced any investigations into the Biden family’s corruption.
But it turns out the President was on to something.
Hunter Biden is asking a court in Arkansas to conceal his finances as part of a paternity suit over his love child with a local woman.
A private investigation firm hired by the woman claimed in court filings to have tracked down documents that show Hunter Biden’s alleged link to a $156 million counterfeiting scheme in connection with Burisma – the corrupt Ukrainian energy company that paid Hunter Biden $50,000 a month to sit on its Board of Directors.
Fox News exclusively reports:
D&A alleged that the “bank account records bear exhibit identifier(s) known by [Hunter Biden] as the subject of criminal investigation(s) both adjudicated and ongoing, of which he is a party to.” The firm also claimed the bank records “provide the source and destination bank account numbers of Burisma Holdings Limited, PrivatBank, Bank of China, [Hunter Biden’s] business partners, Rosement Seneca Bohai,” and others.
Speaking to Fox News late Monday, D&A claimed the FBI and Justice Department have been investigating PrivatBank, the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma, Biden and others since April 2019 — and that the investigation remained open. The FBI told Fox News on Tuesday that, as a matter of policy, it does not confirm or deny the existence of ongoing investigations.
The bank records “verify the counterfeiting scheme accumulating $156,073,944.24 with an average account value (monthly balance) in the amount of $6,785,823.66.” Burisma, the filing claimed, financed “Atlantic Council (Ukraine) and associated rogue operatives from the [U.S. State Department], FVEY, and CrowdStrike in Ukraine, suing PrivatBank.”
Hunter Biden’s legal team strongly denied these allegations.
And they are as of yet unproven.
But even the mere hint of these allegations sheds new light on Joe Biden’s initial refusal to comply with a subpoena to testify during a Senate trial.
Biden revealed more than he let on when the former Vice President claimed him testifying would shift the focus off Trump.
And that’s because the real corruption scandal in Ukraine likely involved Hunter Biden and his questionable dealings.
If put under oath, Biden couldn’t lie about what he knew about his son’s business arrangements in Ukraine or Biden exerting pressure on the Ukrainian government through a quid pro quo to force the government to fire a prosecutor that had investigated Burisma or lose out on one billion dollars in aid.
