America is facing a frightening crisis as massive civil unrest instigated by the left threatens to overthrow the American civil society.
All hell is breaking loose across the country.
And a wounded NAVY Seal told a truth about America that left jaws on the ground.
Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw lost an eye serving as a Navy SEAL in Afghanistan.
Crenshaw spoke to Fox News about the recent spike in cases in Texas as the fake news media once again tries to fan the flames of hysteria surrounding the coronavirus to force Governors to deliver a kill shot to the U.S. economy and Donald Trump’s re-election chances by imposing a second round of lockdowns.
The fake news media is peddling panic and propaganda outbreaks in Arizona, Texas and Florida as apocalyptic nightmares brought about because GOP governors killed their residents by giving in to Donald Trump’s demands and “reopening too soon.”
In an interview on Fox News Congressman Crenshaw debunked this fake news myth by pointing out that Texas had a lower mortality rate than Germany – a country in which the coronavirus response the fake news media holds up as the gold standard.
“You know, it’s important to note something about comparing things in Texas. If you asked average Americans right now, based on media coverage, who do you think is doing better, Germany or Texas, overwhelmingly everybody would say Germany, they’re highlighted as this great success story in the COVID story — in the COVID narrative,” Crenshaw began.
Crenshaw also pointed out that Texas had a lower mortality than blue states such as a California and New York and the national fake news media routinely praises their governors for managing the outbreak.
“The reality is, Texas still has a lower death rate than Germany. In New York, they have 20 times the death rate that Texas does. California has twice the death rate that Texas does,” Crenshaw added.
Crenshaw also explained to Fox News that the fake news media put out false reports that Houston – where the outbreak hit the worst – was dangerously low on ICU beds.
Congressman Crenshaw set the record straight by explaining that Houston area hospitals still had thousands of surge capacity ICU bed space available.
Finally, Crenshaw dismissed the idea that reopening and allowing bars and restaurants to operate led to the outbreak.
Instead, Crenshaw pointed to the Black Lives Matter protests where tens of thousands of demonstrators gathered in close proximity while largely ignoring public health guidelines.
“Don’t believe your lying eyes,” Crenshaw told Fox News. “Everybody wants to say it was a few people hanging out at bars that caused this. That’s not true. Listen, Texas has been reopening since May 1. OK, we’ve been getting back to normalcy since May 1, and everything was declining as a result. Cases were declining. This spikes happened after tens of thousands of people got together in close proximity. Again, there’s nothing wrong with saying that. That’s — that’s just the truth, and we’re just dealing with it now. It’s not about blaming anybody. It’s just about being honest with causes and effects.”
