People have accused Brett Kavanaugh of all kinds of things.
They’ve said he’s guilty of sexual assault and that he’s nothing more than a miserable drunkard.
But now all hell broke loose after Kavanaugh was accused of making women do this.
Ruth Bader Ginsberg recently said that because of the entire Brett Kavanaugh ordeal, women had been forced into a higher number of clerkships at the Supreme Court.
How were they “forced” you may ask?
In Ginsberg’s estimation, the fact Kavanaugh brought in an all-female clerk crew made women feel like they have a role to fill in the Supreme Court.
“Justice Kavanaugh made history by bringing on board an all-female law clerk crew. Thanks to his selections, the Court has this Term, for the first time, more women than men serving as law clerks,” she said.
And because of that, women are now forced to try and make the Supreme Court more equal.
And that’s how the female social justice warriors feel. Of course, they would explain it differently.
They’d tell you that because no one could convict Kavanaugh of a crime, women are still in danger of becoming victims to a sexist criminal justice system.
And their only recourse to receive justice is to take over the criminal justice system.
That’s precisely how third-wave feminism works.
When feminists feel like they’re not getting what they deserve, they scream at the patriarchy that they’re unfairly treated.
From there, every action they take to rectify the problem is something they’re “forced to do” because the patriarchy won’t acknowledge them.
They don’t care about equality or fair representation, they want a complete takeover of the supposed patriarchal systems.
Which is why Ginsberg said that although it was good that Kavanaugh helped administer justice with a team of female law clerks, it wasn’t enough.
“[But] women did not fare nearly as well as advocates,” Ginsburg continued. “Only about 21% of the attorneys presenting oral argument this Term were female; of the thirty-four attorneys who appeared more than once, only six were women.”
Ginsberg is using the disparity in female/male representation in the Supreme Court to further the feminists narrative that men are bad and women are better.
But that isn’t real feminism.
Instead of realizing equality is about shared places in society, people like Ginsberg view Kavanaugh as the enemy. And so they try and conquer the enemy, then dominate them in every facet of life.
That’s precisely what happened when the Democrats tried to oppose Kavanaugh’s appointment.
They saw him as a threat to the feminist advances of the last few decades and concocted a scheme to bring him down.
And now that he’s on the bench, they’re gunning for more people working in the Supreme Court to be female.
It’s a strange world we live in, and Kavanaugh knows all too well that you can never do enough to please the feminists.
