Democrats spent months trying to stop Brett Kavanaugh from making it to the Supreme Court.
But despite their best efforts, he is the newest Justice on the highest court.
And now he’s about to hand Trump news that will destroy Obama’s life.
President Trump hasn’t even finished his first term as President, and he has already confirmed as many Supreme Court Justices as Barack Obama was able to in eight years.
Not only that, but Trump’s Supreme Court Justices couldn’t be more different than Obama’s choices, who all fit squarely on the radical left.
They were willing to allow Obama to do anything he wanted, no matter how unconstitutional it should be.
One of the most insane things that Obama did during his time in office was his ploy to universally rewrite federal immigration law with his illegal DACA executive amnesty program.
DACA serves as a form of a loophole in order to extend certain benefits and a path to citizenship for those who entered the United States illegally as children.
The program, which those on the left have attempted to justify, has been costly and has seen disproportionate crime rates among its recipients.
For that reason, it has come under fire by President Donald Trump, who came into office with a strict policy on immigration, which included terminating DACA.
And in recent days, the program has made its way back into the news considering it has the likelihood of being shut down by the Supreme Court, as Trump pledged to do when he got into office.
That’s why Trump is taking to Twitter with a series of tweets going after DACA.
“Many of the people in DACA, no longer very young, are far from ‘angels,’” Trump tweeted. “Some are very tough, hardened criminals. President Obama said he had no legal right to sign order, but would anyway.”
The decision from the Supreme Court could come any day now.
And due to the make-up of the court, it is very likely to be in Trump’s favor.
Both of Trump’s nominees, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh are expected to vote in favor of Trump, allowing the program to be terminated.
It is outrageous that this issue even needs to go to the Supreme Court.
DACA was never a permanent program to begin with, considering it had a specific expiration date that a president must extend for it to keep in effect.
Allowing the program to terminate requires no action on Trump’s part.
But left-wing groups are willing to force the issue to the Supreme Court to make Obama’s temporary executive program permanent.
If Kavanaugh is given the ability to shut this down, and perhaps right the supporting ruling, it will surely infuriate Democrats everywhere.
They seem to hate Kavanaugh more than most of Trump’s allies, and they are not shy to express that hatred.
