Democrats still seethe with rage over Donald Trump nominating Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court.
The left refuses to give up their plans to bring them down.

When Republicans confirmed Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court in October 2018, conservatives believed they finally sealed a five to four majority that would deliver victories on key issues like reining in union boss power, protecting the Second Amendment, blocking the radical homosexual agenda and ending the horror of abortion.
Liberals know their ability to impose their radical social agenda through judicial fiat.
And the left will not sit idly by as Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and the rest of the court’s conservatives dismantle decades of left-wing social engineering.
Rhode Island Democrat Senator Sheldon Whitehouse pulled back the curtain on the left’s new scheme to end Brett Kavanaugh’s tenure in the majority.
Whitehouse filed brief in a case the Supreme Court will hear revolving around New York City’s rule banning licensed firearms owners in the city to only transport their firearms to gun ranges within the city limits.
While this law is obscure, the Justices likely chose this case to establish the fact that the right to keep and bear arms extends to outside the home.
Gun grabbers’ hair is on fire over the possibility of losing ground in the gun debate.
The Heller decision in 2008 established for the first time in American history that the Second Amendment established gun ownership as a fundamental right.
If the court expands that right it puts any future gun bans in legal jeopardy.
Whitehouse positioned himself at the tip of the spear in the left’s effort to push back against expanding gun rights with his brief.
Whitehouse warned the Supreme Court that if they ruled in favor of the Second Amendment in this case Democrats would have no choice but to pack the Supreme Court with anywhere from two to six new justices.
“The Supreme Court is not well. And the people know it. Perhaps the Court can heal itself before the public demands it be ‘restructured in order to reduce the influence of politics,’” Whitehouse added that an adverse ruling on gun control could prompt the left to pack the court with additional liberal justices. “Particularly on the urgent issue of gun control, a nation desperately needs it to heal.”
Whitehouse – on behalf of Democrats nationwide – broadcast loud and clear that they will burn down the Supreme Court’s reputation as above politics for all time.
Liberals lashing out and packing the court with left-wing ideologues to guarantee conservatives never win another case again is the nuclear option.
They know this.
But Whitehouse and other liberals also know that chief justice John Roberts understands this reality as well.
And in the 2012 Obamacare and 2019 citizenship census question cases the left knows that Roberts caved in to pressure that the court is acting “politically” and will sellout conservatives to vote with the left to preserve his reputation with liberal journalists.
