The media exploded with the latest info.
Big tech companies rushed to cover it up.
Now, Donald Trump Jr. shared one video CNN doesn’t want you to see.
Recently, a video about several doctors discussing their “cure” for COVID-19 has been circulating through various social media outlets.
And immediately being removed or erased, labeled as “misleading” or “inaccurate.”
Specifically, Donald Trump Jr. shared a video discussing the drug hydroxychloroquine, which has been a subject of debate ever since Trump pushed its use several months ago.
Twitter deemed the video “misleading and potential harmful” and suspended his account for 12 hours.
Trump Jr. was sent an official message which read:
“We have determined that this account violated the Twitter Rules. Specifically, for 1. Violating the policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19. We understand in times of crises and instability, it is difficult to know what to do to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. Under this policy, we require the removal of content that may pose a risk to people’s health, including content that goes directly against guidance from authoritative sources of global and local public health information.”
Trump Jr.’s spokesperson issued a statement from Trump Jr. in response to the ban:
“Twitter suspending Don Jr. for sharing a viral video of medical professionals discussing their views on Hydroxychloroquine is further proof that Big Tech is intent on killing free expression online and is another instance of them committing election interference to stifle Republican voices. While there is indeed much disagreement in the medical community about the efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine in treating coronavirus, there have been studies reported on by ‘mainstream’ outlets like CNN, suggesting that it may in fact be an effective treatment,” he continued. “Those pretending otherwise are lying for political reasons.”
So why are the doctors talking about the drug being censored? As Trump Jr. put it, they are being censored purely for political gain.
While it has been the subject of debate for a while, hydroxychloroquine has actually been proven by doctors to help reduce the symptoms of COVID-19.
In April, a large study of doctors found that many, if not all, of them would prescribe hydroxychloroquine or “another anti-malaria drug” to a patient suffering from coronavirus.
Even Dr. Fauci himself said he would prescribe the drug.
So why was it shelved away?
In May, hydroxychloroquine tests started reporting a higher mortality rate, thus leading the media to immediately blow the situation out of proportion.
This prompted WHO and the FDA to change their regulations and immediately ban the use of the drug on coronavirus patients.
However, the numbers that prompted the drug’s discontinuation were apparently bogus, coming from a small American company called Surgisphere.
A more recent study has shown hydroxychloroquine to be an effective and useful treatment of coronavirus, reducing the mortality rate of patients by 50 percent.
Unfortunately, the media does not want this information to be shared.
They would rather keep the public in the dark, preventing the truth from seeing the light of day.
