Election Day is less than four months away.
Americans are facing one of the biggest decisions in the nation’s history.
Hillary Clinton said eight words that raised this big doubt about the election.
One of the enduring fake news media falsehoods is the idea that Donald Trump will refuse to recognize the results of the election as legitimate and stay in the White House even if he loses.
Hillary Clinton fanned these flames when she told the Hollywood Reporter “I don’t know the answer to that yet” in response to a question about President Trump not honoring the outcome of the election as on the level.
Clinton claimed the President was laying the ground work to dispute the election outcome by sounding alarm bells about the potential for voter fraud if Democrats went ahead with a so-called “universal vote by mail” scheme.
“That’s why they’re doing everything they can to prevent people from voting — you know, they want to stop mail-in voting, they want to shrink the number of places where people can actually vote in person — because they know if we have a big turnout, they lose,” she told the outlet,” Clinton added.
Clinton tried to pre-empt concerns about the Democrats ending running laws to guarantee the security of the election and impose a risky vote by mail scheme that the President and other Republicans believe is ripe for voter fraud.
“And so we’re gonna have lots of fights over actual voting procedures between now and November,” Clinton told the Hollywood Reporter. “And if they can do anything that makes it look questionable, they will.”
“And that’s why everybody needs to come out and vote — I don’t care where you live — and have as big a turnout as possible so that there can’t be any excuse given,” Clinton concluded.
Despite what Clinton claims, there are legitimate concerns about the ability of states to conduct an entirely vote by mail election without corruption.
In a recent city council election in Paterson, New Jersey – which is the fourth largest city in the state – 19 percent of ballots were invalidated and four suspects – including a city council member and of the victors in the election – were arrested on voter fraud charges.
Other states like Kentucky and New York took over a week to count ballots after their recent primary elections.
If the Presidential election stretches towards Thanksgiving with no declared winner because votes are still being counted it will be difficult for either side to accept defeat and honor America’s tradition of a peaceful transition of power.
The irony of all of this is it was Hillary Clinton, the Democrats and the fake news media that refused to acknowledge the 2016 election as legitimate.
Clinton still blames the Russians for her defeat and the fake news media and Democrats nearly tore the nation apart with a three year long hoax about Russian collusion.
