Ilhan Omar Got a Special Message on 9/11 That Completely Destroyed Her
Ilhan Omar has said more horrendous things than any other politician.
One victim has decided that it is time for Omar to answer to her racist and anti-American rhetoric.
Ilhan Omar got a special message on 9/11 that completely destroyed her.
Ilhan Omar has a special protected status among Democrats because she is their intersectional dream girl as a liberal, Muslim, and refugee.
They can’t understand that coming from a disadvantaged background doesn’t automatically make her a good person.
llhan Omar doesn’t receive any backlash from her own party for any of the terrible things that she says.
On March 23 she described 9/11, the deadliest terror attack on American soil, as “some people did something.”
Nicholas Haros Jr.’s mother was one of the people who died that day.
Speaking near the World Trade Center’s south tower where his mother died 18 years ago, Haros Jr. took Omar to task for her words.
“Today I am here to respond to you exactly who did what to whom,” he said. “Madam, objectively speaking, we know who and what was done. There is no uncertainty about that. Why your confusion?”
“On that day 19 Islamic terrorists, members of Al Qaeda, killed over 3,000 people and caused billions of dollars of economic damage. Is that clear?”
“But as to whom? I was attacked. Your relatives and friends were attacked,” Haros Jr. said to the crowd. “Our constitutional freedoms were attacked and our nation’s founding on Judeo-Christian principles was attacked.”
“That’s what some people did,” Haros Jr. said in conclusion. “Got that now? We are here today congresswoman to tell you and the Squad just who did what to whom. Show respect in honoring them, please.”
Ilhan Omar was trying to make the case in her speech that other Muslims were unfairly associated with the terrorists who attacked America.
The reason that other Muslims weren’t unfairly associated for 9/11 is because in America people are supposed to be judged for who they are and what they do, not on the basis of what group they belong to.
But Ilhan Omar wants people to be judged according to group identity which is why she had no choice but to minimize 9/11.
Do you think that Ilhan Omar needs to take personal responsibility for the remarks she made?
