Joe Biden began trying to destroy Clarence Thomas back in 1991.
But now Justice Thomas got the last laugh.
And now Joe Biden just realized Clarence Thomas waited 30 years to exact this massive piece of revenge.
When Joe Biden was the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee back in 1991 Biden turned Clarence Thomas’ Supreme Court confirmation hearings into a circus.
Biden invited Anita Hill to smear Thomas with false allegations of sexual harassment from when the two worked together in the federal government a decade prior.
Democrats tried to destroy Thomas because they were terrified of what a black conservative sitting on the Supreme Court would mean as well as the fact that Thomas was guaranteed to vote to overturn Roe v. Wade.
But Justice Thomas slammed Biden and the Democrats for holding a “high tech lynching for uppity blacks” and won confirmation to the Supreme Court.
And for 31 years Justice Thomas bided his time waiting for enough conservatives to join the Supreme Court so a new majority could end the historical horror of abortion on demand in America.
That day finally came and Justice Samuel Alito authored a five to four decision striking down Roe v. Wade and returning the question of abortion to the states.
“Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return the authority to the people and their elected representatives,” Justice Alito wrote.
All Joe Biden could do was rage and lie about the decision.
Joe Biden falsely claimed that the decision was written by a clutch of ideological extremists and turned America into a global outlier on protecting human life.
“With this decision, the conservative majority of the Supreme Court shows how extreme it is, how far removed they are from the majority of this country,” Biden ranted.
“They have made the United States an outlier among developed nations in the world. But this decision must not be the final word,” Biden added.
But this is a lie.
And in fact, many European countries have stricter abortion laws than the state of Mississippi’s 15 week abortion ban that formed the backbone of the legal challenge to Roe v. Wade.

By comparison, abortion is only permitted in cases of rape, incest or when the mother’s life is in danger in Poland. In Ireland and Germany, abortion procedures are banned in the majority of cases after 12 weeks.
Italy doesn’t allow abortions after 90 days, or just under 13 weeks. France, Austria and Spain have banned the procedure after 14 weeks.
Clarence Thomas fought for over 30 years to overturn Roe v. Wade.
The Supreme Court’s decision to end nationwide abortion on demand served as the capstone to his career.
