Tara Reade’s accusations are the biggest crisis that Joe Biden has faced.
He knows they could take him down.
Joe Biden desperately tried to escape his sexual scandal with one huge lie.
There was a huge scandal after Lucy Flores, the former Democratic nominee for Nevada came forward last year claiming that Joe Biden, then Vice President, inappropriately kissed her hair while helping her campaign in 2014 making her feel “uneasy, gross, and confused.”
Joe Biden managed to brush the allegations aside saying “In my career, I’ve always tried to make a human connection, that’s my responsibility.”
Tara Reade’s claims are far more serious than Flores’ claims.
Reade alleged that while she was working as an aide in Biden’s senate in 1993 Biden “had me up against the wall; he used his knee to spread open my legs,” and “put his fingers inside me.”
These are serious allegations coming from a former member of Joe Biden’s staff and they deserve to be thoroughly investigated.
Joe Biden needs to open up any of his sealed University records pertaining to Tara Reade.
But he’s unwilling to do that.
Instead his campaign is trying to claim that the New York Times has already cleared him of the allegations after a thorough investigation.
A claim that the New York Times was forced to deny.
According to the Daily Wire:
The New York Times called out the Biden campaign for pushing talking points that “inaccurately” claimed the newspaper had cleared former Vice President Joe Biden of alleged sexual assault and debunked the allegation made by a former Senate staffer.
The newspaper issued a statement on Wednesday saying that an investigation into the allegation did not resolve the issue one way or the other, as reported by The Washington Examiner. The Times was forced to clarify its reporting after the Biden campaign began pushing talking points that claimed the newspaper had found that the alleged assault “did not happen.”
“BuzzFeed reported on the existence of talking points being circulated by the Biden campaign that inaccurately suggest a New York Times investigation found that Tara Reade’s allegation ‘did not happen,’” said Danielle Rhoades Ha, vice president of communications for The New York Times. “Our investigation made no conclusion either way. As BuzzFeed correctly reported, our story found three former Senate aides whom Reade said she complained to contemporaneously, all of whom either did not remember the incident or said that it did not happen.”
Is Joe Biden a man who has use his position as prominent politician to sexually assault or harass young women?
This is an easy question that the New York Times can answer with a quick story.
If Joe Biden is innocent a thorough investigation is the only thing that will clear his name, if he isn’t innocent he shouldn’t be president and if the case isn’t clear voters should have all the information.
American voters deserve to have every piece of information on what kind of man Joe Biden really is.
