It was the arrest conservatives had been hoping would happen for years.
A powerful billionaire with deep connections to the Democrats has finally been arrested on child sex-trafficking charges.
And now Nancy Pelosi’s daughter fears this scandal could affect her family.
Nancy Pelosi hasn’t said much regarding the charges against Jeffrey Epstein, an influential businessman whose long tendrils snaked their way through D.C. like a vine choking out a tree.
That’s because so many of the people Pelosi counts as friends and colleagues have been closely associated with the disgraced pedophile.
Before we dive too deep into this, bear in mind that Donald Trump once considered Epstein a friend.
In 2002, Trump had some nice things to say about the successful businessman. However, that was before his true identity was made known.
Trump cut ties with Epstein soon after he discovered Epstein had tried to seduce the young daughter of a man he knew.|
He even banned him from Mar-a-Lago.
While Trump severed all ties with Epstein, plenty of Democrats did not.
Which is why the daughter of Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Christine Pelosi, tweeted about the 66-year-old’s arrest and hinted that some close to her (perhaps even her family) might be taken out with his detainment.
She wrote, “This Epstein case is horrific, and the young women deserve justice. It is quite likely that some of our faves are implicated, but we must follow the facts and let the chips fall where they may — whether on Republicans or Democrats.”
There are a lot of Democrats whom are believed to have taken Epstein up on his offer to host them at his “sex-island.”
NewsBusters noted that Epstein has had several high-profile friendships in the past and that Bill Clinton had been on Epstein’s private jet, “The Lolita Express,” more than two dozen times in the early 2000s.
Of course, the “mainstream” media has been silent on Epstein’s political activity and deep connections since, for decades, Epstein paid out considerable sums of money to the Democrat Party.
No wonder Pelosi is feeling threatened.
Because Epstein’s arrest doesn’t just mean he might talk… there’s a stack of indictments believed to have similar allegations of wrongdoing for others connected to Epstein.
If he talks and his statements match up with the indictments, there could be hell to pay.
That’s what reporter Jack Posobiec tweeted a few days after the arrest.
“Epstein’s lawyer has already made a proffer to SDNY. Epstein will agree to cooperate with the investigation, including giving up the names of individuals that paid for activities with underage girls in exchange for a maximum sentence not to exceed 5 years.”
Things aren’t looking good for the Democrats and Epstein’s sex scandal could dramatically shake up the political world for a long time.
