Mitt Romney has always been too much of a coward to be honest to the American people.
But now the extent of his traitorous behavior has been uncovered.
And this Never Trump Senator was just destroyed because his outrageous double life was exposed.
As Governor of Massachusetts, Romney raised taxes, made gun licenses more expensive and introduced universal health coverage.
He might have been a conservative by Massachusetts’ standards but by any other he was a flaming liberal.
But when he was running for the Republican nomination suddenly his views changed to become more conservative.
He is only a Republican when it is politically necessary. All the rest of the time he’s a Democrat.
Nowhere can his dual loyalty be seen clearer than his relationship with Trump.
Mitt Romney had nothing but praise for Trump when Trump endorsed him for president in 2012.
And when he thought there was a chance he could get a position as secretary of state, Romney was all praise for Trump again.
But as soon as Trump could offer him no personal advantage Romney went off into full blown attacks again.
He is even considering joining the Democrats in impeaching Trump.
All this flip flopping has not made him popular with either party.
Luckily for Romney there is one Twitter user he can always count on for support.
He gave an Atlantic journalist some clues about a secret Twitter account in an interview.
When I met [Romney] in his office a couple of weeks later, I asked if [Trump’s] Twitter insults bothered him.
“That’s kind of what he does,” Romney said with a shrug, and then got up to retrieve an iPad from his desk. He explained that he uses a secret Twitter account—“What do they call me, a lurker?”—to keep tabs on the political conversation. “I won’t give you the name of it,” he said, but “I’m following 668 people.” Swiping at his tablet, he recited some of the accounts he follows, including journalists, late-night comedians (“What’s his name, the big redhead from Boston?”), and athletes. Trump was not among them. “He tweets so much,” Romney said, comparing the president to one of his nieces who overshares on Instagram. “I love her, but it’s like, Ah, it’s too much.”
After that it wasn’t hard to find out who this secretive profile was.
It is not a “lurker” account.
Mitt Romney has made an account under the name of “Pierre Delecto” who primarily tweets to defend Mitt Romney.
It must be hard for Mitt Romney to find supporters, but this way he has at least one.
It would be far better for him to grow up and get a backbone rather than write praises about himself on the internet.
It’s a tactic of gaining popularity that one would expect of someone in middle school rather than a sitting Senator.
If he wants to be popular he needs to stand for something that’s bigger than his own career.
But he can’t admit that he’s a Democrat and continue being a senator from Utah.
Do you think that Mitt Romney’s secret Twitter account is pathetic behavior to see from a grown man?
