Joe Biden’s policies are putting pressure on everyday Americans.
And voters won’t forget what Biden and the Democrats have done to them.
Now one new poll has Biden and the Democrats sweating bullets.
The party in power often does badly in off-year elections, but the Democrats could be on pace for a historic beatdown in 2022.
Dozens of Democrats are retiring from Congress due to an impending red wave in the midterm elections; Republicans have their biggest lead ever in the generic Congressional ballot.
Worse yet for the Democrats, a recent poll showed that since January 6th, Republicans’ image has rallied while the opposite has happened for Democrats.
From The Blaze:
“The survey discovered that among all voters — Republicans, Democrats, and independents — the GOP has regained the ground it lost following the Jan. 6 riots. In August 2020, the poll found that 69% of Republican voters and 23% of independent voters thought the Republican Party was headed in the right direction. After Jan. 6, those numbers fell to 51% of Republican voters and 15% of independent voters, respectively. Now, 65% of Republican voters and 21% of independents believe the GOP is headed in the right direction.”
Democrats have lost ground over that same time span, which illustrates that their constant hysteria about the “armed insurrection” is not working on the American people.
The Blaze continued:
“Meanwhile, over the same period, more voters believe the Democratic Party is headed in the wrong direction. The same poll from January 2021 found that 41% of registered voters believed the Democratic Party was headed in the right direction. Now, only 34% of registered voters agree, while 54% say the party is headed in the wrong direction.”
The poll also showed that even Democratic support for the Republican Party has ticked up, growing from 6% to 15%.
The further Americans get away from the Capitol Hill riot, the less impactful is Democratic fear-mongering.
Unfortunately for the Democrats, they don’t have anything else to drum up support.
“Bidenflation” is at a 39-year high, worker shortages sprung up across America, and Biden’s trillion-dollar Build Back Better agenda went down in flames after West Virginia senator Joe Manchin said he would not vote for it.
Democrats and their media allies tried to bully Manchin into supporting the bill, but Manchin represents arguably the reddest state in America—Donald Trump beat Biden by nearly 40 points in West Virginia—and he would be insane to hitch his wagon to a sinking administration.
In addition to Democrats’ poor leadership, they have gone to the radical left on cultural issues.
They are fully on board with cancel culture and political correctness.
Democrats have become humorless “woke” scolds, and Americans are sick and tired of being harangued.
The Democrats are in utter disarray going into 2022.
And the polling data shows Republicans holding an advantage heading into 2022.
