When Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis speaks out, people listen.
Especially now when Governor DeSantis has something important to say.
And Ron DeSantis dropped some bad news that should scare every American.
Communist China is potentially the greatest evil the United States has ever faced.
Ron DeSantis is warning Laura Ingraham that Communist China is bringing this conflict here to America.
The communist government in Beijing is hellbent on replacing the United States as the global superpower.
And right now, Communist China is preparing for war against the United States over Taiwan.
The legitimate government of China fled to Taiwan after the communist revolution seized power in 1949.
Ever since, the Chinese plotted to reabsorb the island and lay claim to the only true China being the communist controlled mainland.
Communist Chinese dictator Xi Jinping plans to take control of Taiwan by 2027 and right now the signs point to China preparing for the largest amphibious assault since D-Day to invade and conquer Taiwan.
Such a military operation will likely involve war with the United States as Communist China’s first move in any invasion of Taiwan is bombing U.S. air and naval bases in Guam and Japan.
If the United States loses a war to Communist China, then China will threaten to dominate all of Asia and displace the United States as the world’s lone superpower.
Ingraham asked Governor DeSantis – himself a military veteran – about Communist Chinese billionaires buying up oodles of land in the United States.
Governor DeSantis told Ingraham it should be illegal as it threatens American national security.
“I don’t think they should be able to do it,” DeSantis stated. “I think the problem is these companies have ties to the CCP, and it’s not always apparent on the face of whatever a company is doing — but I think it’s a huge problem.”
Governor DeSantis added that next legislative session he would support a bill to divest Florida’s pension fund from entities tied to the Communist Chinese Party.
“We’re also probably going to do legislation next legislative session about our pension investments, with things that may be linked to the CCP. We don’t necessarily have a lot of it, but we want to make sure that we’re cutting ties so that we’re not funding our number-one adversary,” DeSantis added.
Chinese billionaires began buying up land tracts in suspicious transactions.
One company purchased land 20 minutes from Grand Forks Air Force base in North Dakota.
Grand Forks Air Force Base is where the U.S. military stations its most sensitive drone equipment.
That’s because the buyer of the land was a Chinese company, the Fufeng Group, based in Shandong, China, and the property is just about 20 minutes down the road from Grand Forks Air Force Base — home to some of the nation’s most sensitive military drone technology.
The base is also the home of a new space networking center, which a North Dakota senator said handles “the backbone of all U.S. military communications across the globe.”
In 2016, a Chinese company began purchasing up to $110 million worth of land near Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas, where the U.S. military trains pilots.
Since 2016, a company owned by Xinjiang-based real estate tycoon Sun Guangxin had spent an estimated $110 million buying up land in Texas’ Val Verde County. Located on the Mexico border, Val Verde is home to about 50,000 people, the small town of Del Rio, family-owned hunting ranches—and Laughlin Air Force Base, a training ground for military pilots.
Communist China is preparing for war against the United States.
And the Chinese may be engaging in strategic real estate purchases to spy on sensitive American military assets to try and get a leg up in any potential war with the United States over Taiwan.
Now Governor Ron DeSantis is warning states and the federal government to make this practice illegal.
