Donald Trump’s presidency has been under attack from day one.
Trump and his top officials asked for the help of the army in one case.
And the U.S. military just found out the truth about this Deep State leak.
The New York Times set off a media feeding frenzy by reporting that the intelligence community produced an assessment that the Russian government paid the Taliban bounties to kill American soldiers in Afghanistan.
Even though the administration repeatedly stated that there was no evidence to substantiate this story the Democrats and the fake news accepted the story as gospel.
Testifying before Congress Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley stated that the military would investigate these charges.
“As of today, right now, we don’t have cause and effect linkages to a Russian bounty program causing U.S. military casualties,” General Milley “However, we are still looking. We’re not done. We’re going to run this thing to ground.”
Gen. Frank McKenzie, commander of the U.S. Central Command in Afghanistan announced that after fully investigating the matter the military could find no evidence to back up this fake news story.
“It just has not been proved to a level of certainty that satisfies me,” General McKenzie told NBC News.
“We continue to look for that evidence,” General McKenzie added “I just haven’t seen it yet. But … it’s not a closed issue.”
Chairman Milley also backed up the findings of no evidence to corroborate the Russian bounty story.
“As of today, right now, we don’t have cause and effect linkages to a Russian bounty program causing U.S. military casualties,” Milley continued. “However, we are still looking. We’re not done. We’re going to run this thing to ground.”
The Russian bounty story was a hoax just like Russian collusion was a hoax.
But the timing of the story came into focus after President Trump announced he was drawing down troops in Afghanistan and Iraq in an effort to thwart Donald Trump’s peace plan to bring a close to endless wars in the Middle East.
The leaker found a friendly outlet in the New York Times that would publish whatever the Deep State leaker wanted to see in the paper without asking any questions.
One of the big stories of the Trump era is the fact that the fake news media openly fabricating stories that consume multiple days of news cycles to prevent President Trump from enacting his “Make America Great Again” agenda and communicating his message to the American people.
The stories being exposed as hoaxes never get as much attention as the supposed “bombshell” stories generated on cable news and social media.
