A federal judge in Florida struck down Joe Biden’s public transportation mask mandate.
So-called journalists and Democrats freaked out over the fact that the government could no longer force Americans to wear masks on airplanes, trains and buses.
But the most disturbing reaction came from wannabe dictator Dr. Fauci.
In an interview on CNN+ – one of the last programs to air on the failed streaming service – Fauci asserted that public health mandates were not subject to the Constitution.

The Biden administration also announced plans to appeal the ruling.
On his Fox News program Gowdy slammed the idea that bureaucrats like Fauci felt free to impose mandates as antithetical to the American experiment.
But Gowdy said the likes of Dr. Fauci felt free to operate with impunity because Congress refuses to pass laws and allows the president to govern by executive order.
“The CDC thinks you should wear a mask on planes or trains or mass transit. If you’re wondering when you voted on the Centers for Disease Control, you did not. You do vote on Congress, and that is who should make these decisions. But Congress abdicated its authority to the CDC, as it has abdicated its authority in other realms,” Gowdy stated.
“In a perfect world, federal judges would not have to decide whether masks should be worn on public transportation. Judges are smart, for the most part, but they’re not infectious disease experts. There’s a reason they went to law school and not medical school. But more and more issues are put before our courts because those who are supposed to govern, do not. They abdicate. The Biden Administration has decided to appeal this ruling risking the continued wrath of those who are sick of wearing masks,” Gowdy added.
Gowdy closed by pointing out the hypocrisy on the part of journalists and other factions on the left for complaining that America was on the verge of collapsing into a neo-fascist state when Donald Trump criticized a judge’s ruling and now they are losing their minds and hurling personal attacks at the federal judge in Florida for ending Joe Biden’s travel mask mandate.
“Well, the media and Democrats and law professors, assuming that’s not redundant, have been unsparing in their criticism of this judge. Apparently, that whole respect for the judiciary thing only counts when they like the ruling. I don’t want federal judges setting public health or immigration or national security policy for the country, but they shouldn’t have to. That’s Congress’ job. If only they would do it,” Gowdy concluded.
