President Donald Trump is facing the hardest month of his presidency.
After the House voted to impeach him on two articles of impeachment, Trump still has to face a Senate trial.
But Trump had a big grin on his face after getting the best news of the year yet.
One of President Trump’s first political promises was to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The United States has long faced a major immigration issue, with drugs and criminals crossing the border illegally and setting up shop in the United States.
And after four years of pushback from the left, Trump is finally getting his victory.
On Wednesday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order to allow the Trump administration to use military construction funds to fund the border wall, winning a major victory against the left and making headway towards keeping this country safe from criminals, drug lords, and sex trafficking.
The court order reverses an earlier injunction that blocked the Trump administration from tapping into the $3.6 billion dollars in funds.
Trump attempted to secure the funds and build the wall late last year by declaring a state of emergency, but was blocked from doing so.
Now, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has approved the use of $3.6 billion dollars to build the wall and secure our border, making this country safer.
The 5th Circuit noted in its order that in July the Supreme Court ruled that the administration may reprogram $2.5 billion in Pentagon funds earmarked for counter-drug efforts to build the wall. The court also questioned if the plaintiffs — the City of El Paso and the Border Network for Human Rights — have standing to sue the president.
Breaking News: The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals just reversed a lower court decision & gave us the go ahead to build one of the largest sections of the desperately needed Southern Border Wall, Four Billion Dollars. Entire Wall is under construction or getting ready to start!

The Daily Caller reports:
Stephanie Grisham, the White House press secretary, said in a statement, “The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has lifted an illegitimate nationwide injunction entered by a lower court, and in doing so has allowed vital border wall construction to move forward using military construction funds. This is a victory for the rule of law. We are committed to keeping our borders secure, and we will finish the wall.”
Trump faced a year of court blocks following his state of emergency declaration, but he has never backed down from following through on his campaign promises.
Trump knows that this country can only prosper if its resources are used towards helping its citizens, not towards illegal immigrants who come here and manipulate the system and take benefits and jobs from the people who are natural American citizens, or who have worked hard to enter this country legally.
