Democrats have a strategy to challenge the results of the 2020 election.
In recent weeks Democrats put that plan into motion.
But Donald Trump’s Supreme Court pick has bad news for Democrats in these three key swing states.
Democrats are planning to reverse an election night lead for Donald Trump by extending the window to count votes in key states to allow enough questionable and late arriving ballots to count to hand the election to Joe Biden.
In Wisconsin, Democrats scored a key victory when an Obama judge unilaterally rewrote the state law on how ballots are counted.
“A federal judge ruled Monday absentee ballots in battleground Wisconsin can be counted up to six days after the Nov. 3 presidential election as long as they are postmarked by Election Day,” the Associated Press reported.
The Obama judge gifted Democrats an extra six days to round up ballots to tip Wisconsin in their favor.
“Under current law, the deadline for returning an absentee ballot in order to have it counted is 8 p.m. on Election Day,” the Associated Press also reported.
This case is expected to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
“U.S. District Judge William Conley granted a large portion of their requests, issuing a preliminary injunction that was expected to be appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court,” the Associated Press also reported.
Judges in other crucial swing states governed by Democrats such as Michigan and Pennsylvania also extended the window to count votes after Election Day.
These outrageous acts of election meddling by Democrat judges make it very clear why President Trump’s nominee must be confirmed before Election Day.
Right now the court is evenly split with four conservatives and four liberals with Chief Justice John Roberts joining the three remaining liberal judges in most of the major cases.
On ABC’s “This Week” Texas Senator Ted Cruz explained why the Supreme Court needed a full nine member bench.
“An equally divided court, 4-4, can’t decide anything,” Cruz explained. The Texas Senator added “That could make this presidential election drag on weeks and months and well into next year. That is an intolerable situation for the county. We need a full-court on Election Day given the very high likelihood that we’re going to see litigation that goes to the court. We need a Supreme Court that can give a definitive answer for the county.”
Democrat data analysts employed by Mike Bloomberg’s Presidential campaign told Axios that the Election Night results could show a Donald Trump landslide, but that late arriving ballots would flip the Electoral College to Joe Biden.
Democrat judges overriding state election laws are key to this strategy.
Republicans confirming Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee will allow the Supreme Court to break any deadlocks in the cases challenging these rulings.
