Liberal critics routinely attack Fox News Channel hosts for being “state TV” because they all don’t irrationally hate Donald Trump.
That’s all about to change.
Donald Trump will be red with rage when he sees what this Fox News star just said.
“Fox and Friends” co-host Brian Kilmeade was long of the voices of Fox News supportive of Donald Trump.
But as Democrats and the corporate media hyped up the anniversary of January 6 to create a political talking point heading into the 2022 election, Kilmeade broke from Trump.
The day after the Democrats’ made-for-TV spectacle complete with a cringe worthy performance where the cast of Hamilton performed a number from the hit Broadway musical, Kilmeade told Trump to move on.
“We have to get past questioning election results,” Kilmeade began.
Kilmeade then attacked Donald Trump for hurting the country by questioning the results of the 2020 election.
“And then Donald Trump saying to this day he didn’t lose the election. That doesn’t help the country.”
The following day Kilmeade interviewed RINO consultant Karl Rove.
Rove – who supports amnesty and open borders – hates Donald Trump and wants to see Mitt Romney and John McCain types in running the GOP again.
Kilmeade praised Rove for a column telling Republicans to condemn the riot in January as an act of insurrection and terrorism – feeding the Biden administration narrative of a new domestic war on terror.
Rove wrote a column posing a hypothetical question about what would have happened if Black Lives Matter and antifa stormed the Capitol.
“I’m addressing squarely those Republicans who for a year have excused the actions of the rioters who stormed the Capitol, disrupted Congress as it received the Electoral College’s results, and violently attempted to overturn the election.” Rove asked, “What if the other side had done it?”
It’s easy to answer Rove’s thought experiment.
When leftwing terrorists stormed into the Wisconsin Capitol in 2011 to interrupt the legislature from voting on a bill to end forced union dues for public employees Nancy Pelosi and the press praised the insurrection.
Democrats and the media gushed that Black Lives Matter and Antifa insurrectionists terrorized the White House during the George Floyd riots injuring 60 Secret Service agents the media attacked Donald Trump for tweeting about the uprising.
Rove went on to claim Republicans should read from the Democrat Party and corporate media’ script about the events on January 6.
“There can be no soft-pedaling what happened and no absolution for those who planned, encouraged, and aided the attempt to overthrow our democracy,” Rove wrote. “Love of country demands nothing less. That’s true patriotism.”
Kilmeade praised Rove for his anti-Trump screed and claimed Republicans reciting the Democrats script was “right on the money.”
“Listen, I wrote you. I thought your column was right on the money,” Kilmeade stated.
Donald Trump is not going to be happy seeing a prominent host on Fox News buying into the Democrat Party narrative.
If Trump once again goes on “Fox and Friends” for an interview it will be interesting to see if Trump brings up this exchange with Kilmeade.
